Submission Guidelines & Fees

Whether you choose to drop your items off in person, or ship them to us directly, here are some guidelines that will make your experience run more smoothly and ensure the quick return of your items.

If you choose to drop goods off in person to our office, please bring either a memo or a business card which includes your name and contact information. We currently operate on an appointment basis, with the final appointment for the day being at 4pm.

When shipping your items to our office please download our submission form below and fill it out completely to ensure that your item is returned to you as quickly as possible.

*When submitting fancy sapphires, a Color Stability Authorization form is required in addition to the AGL Submission form.

* Please note that all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the client.

* A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to all invoices paid by credit card

We kindly request payment (including return shipping fees if the items are to be sent back) at the time of service, either when your items are picked up at our office or before they are shipped back to you. We currently accept cash and personal or business checks and all major credit cards.
